How to choose an AHCC supplement
Look at the serving, the number of capsules, the price, and who you are buying from. Then pick the bottle that fits.
Check what one serving actually is
The label should tell you how many capsules make a serving and how many milligrams that serving contains. A bigger number on the front is only useful if you know whether it is one capsule or the full serving.
Compare the whole bottle
Count the capsules, not just the price on the sticker. Divide the price by the capsule count so a large bottle and a small bottle are comparable. A larger bottle often costs less per capsule and lasts longer.
Buy from the brand
Order from the company’s own site so you can see the current price, shipping, and return policy before you pay. Skip marketplaces if you want the bottle the brand is actually selling.
Match the bottle to how you take it
If you want a simple daily capsule, choose a product with a clear serving and a bottle that lasts more than a couple of weeks. Dietary notes such as vegan or gluten-free only matter if they matter to you.
When you are ready to compare options side by side, go back to the AHCC comparison.
